SHIPPING DOMESTIC
Orders are generally shipped out within 1-2 business days after placing order. Warehouse hours are Monday – Friday 9am-5pm(eastern). Shipping notifications are sent via email after package is shipped with tracking if available. Transit days are Monday – Friday with the exception of holidays. USPS may deliver on Saturdays.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL
DUTY & VAT TAXES (CUSTOMS FEES) – These fees are not included in the shipping price of your order. These fees are calculated at the destination and must be paid upon delivery. Depending on your country, different fees will apply to certain items. 
List of available international countries are shown in country drop down menu during checkout. If you do not see your country available contact our customer service to see if there is an exception to the region.
International Flat Rate :
For orders valued less than $75.99 or under 1lb.
USPS First Class International Mail (delivery time varies) - $10-$15
USPS Priority International Mail (6-10 business days with delivery confirmation) - $15-$20
For orders valued over $75.99 or more than 1lb.
USPS First Class International Mail (delivery time varies) - $20-$25
USPS Priority International Mail (6-10 business days with delivery confirmation) - $35-$40
UPS Worldwide Express – Delivery in 1-3 business days to major destinations. Tracking included with updated status. Cost is calculated by weight and location.

-Credit cards ( this method is processed offline via our credit card terminal, and you will receive an invoice via email. Good method if you are shipping internationally since the shipping is different than the standard, it can be added at the point of the card being processed)

RETURNS
Return Policy
Purchased items are determined Un-returnable if worn and washed, tags have been removed, or have sustained damage by the customer. If you need to return or exchange a part or all of your purchase from Magu Clothing, you may return or exchange the item(s) within 15 days of the purchase. Be sure to return the item(s) you wish to return or exchange to the return Magu Clothing address. Include your receipt, a note describing the problem, your contact info, and the method of exchange. For your contact info, include your name, address, phone # and e-mail. This information will allow us to contact you, if necessary regarding the return. Your returned item(s) may be exchanged for an exchange, refund, or credit towards another Magu Clothing purchase.
